Belmont accepts employee childcare vouchers and tax free childcare vouchers against the cost of all school fees for under 5s and can also be used against the cost of extended day care for all children up to the age of 16.
* Belmont School offers 15 hours a week of Free Early Education for children from the term following their third birthday until the term following their fifth birthday. Your fee account will be amended accordingly by subtracting this funding (which is in the region of £700-£830 per term) from the total fee.
** Extended day care runs from 8.10am - 5.45pm each day excluding Fridays which finishes at 4.20pm for all pupils. Breakfast club is also available from 7.30am at an additional £9/day charge.

Belmont accepts employee childcare vouchers and tax free childcare vouchers against the cost of boarding and day boarding for all children up to the age of 16.
Alternative patterns of Boarding are possible subject to availability. Part-time regular and flexi-boarding nights must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
Day Boarding until 6.30pm/8pm is charged at £10/£20 a day respectively. Flexi-boarding for a single night is £39. Breakfast from 7.30am is charged at £9/day.

All fees, including boarding fees for regular boarding, are billed in advance of the school term to which they relate. Extras are billed in arrears and included on the fee invoice. Registration fees and deposits are based upon where parents are resident when they apply for a place at the school.
All invoices are due for payment before the commencement of the school term, or on presentation. Should payment not be received by the due date, a late payment charge of £10 per week will be levied until accounts are settled in full. The Bursar has the authority to waive late payment charges in exceptional circumstances.
Sibling discounts of 10% for the third and 20% for the fourth and any subsequent siblings will be applied to their day fees only. There is also a sibling discount of 50% on the school minibus service for the second sibling.
Fees in Advance
A Fees in Advance scheme is available to all parents and guardians of current and new pupils wishing to make a lump sum payment to offset future fee payments. Details of this can be obtained form the bursar email@example.com
The Board of Governors at Belmont School is committed to broadening access to the school by offering to eligible parents means tested financial support with the payment of school fees.

Please note that the deadline for bursary applications for September 2021 is the 31st December 2020. After this date, there will be no new bursary places for the academic year 2021/2022.
Our External Scholarship Competition is open to new pupils entering Belmont in Year 7 or Year 9. Subject to the quality of applications, we may offer scholarships in Sport, Music, Drama, Art, Design Technology, Information Technology or an All Rounder Scholarship (for which academic potential must be demonstrated in addition to at least one other discipline).
The External Scholarship Competition takes place in the Lent Term (January – March) of the year of entry. The scholarship application must be received by 1st December in the year preceding entry to Belmont. Candidates may not apply for a scholarship until a place has been offered through our usual entry process and a deposit has been paid.
